primarily in a field of study she created called Employees and Corporate Governance. A widely cited example of her scholarship is: The Perils of Groupthink. She also produced materials for an innovative and original course called food law.

Her leading work here covered world hunger, obesity, the water crisis, climate change, food labeling, and food safety. In this work, Marleen also debated animal welfare, agricultural labor, and genetically modified food before these issues became significant discussions in today's world.
